THERE ARE INCREDIBLE THINGS HAPPENING ON BROADWAY!

It is so wonderful to have a new season with all of these choices for your fund raising events. Of course, the earlier you place your order, the better the seats and, in some cases, the best early bird discounts possible. We are very enthusiastic and know you will be too! We will keep you informed of future shows and still keep you informed of the older ones as well. Take a look at some of the shows that are slotted for 2006 and 2007.

A CATERED AFFAIR:
In this new musical, a couple must decide whether to spend their life savings on a family business or to launch their only daughter's marriage with a lavish catered affair. 
A CHORUS LINE:
A revival of  the classic musical about dancers striving to get their big shot on Broadway.  
ALL MY SONS:
A revival of  Arthur Miller's classic 1947 play, with John Lithgow mentioned to star. 
AMERICAN BUFFALO:
A revival of  David Mamet's 1975 play, quite possibly starring John Leguizamo.  
AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY
When their patriarch vanishes, the Weston clan must return to their three-story home in rural Oklahoma to get to the heart of the matter. A limited engagement, fresh from a critically-acclaimed sold-out run at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre. 
AVENUE Q:
Sesame Street meets South Park: They may look familiar, but these puppets (and their human counterparts) have an irreverent take on the joys and travails of making it on your own. 
BILLY ELLIOT: THE MUSICAL:
A new musical based on the 2000 film, telling the story of a boy with a dream, celebrating his triumph against the odds.
BOEING-BOEING:
A revival of the 1960s farce about an architect frantically trying to maintain relationships with three stewardesses. 
BRIGADOON:
A revival of  the classic Lerner and Lowe musical, which tells the story of two disillusioned Americans on vacation in Scotland who wander into a village that comes alive every one hundred years for only one day.
BUSKER ALLEY:
A  musical about a London street performer, a busker, named Charlie who takes a gutsy, young sneak thief named Libby under his wing. He discovers her gift for music and performing and, under his tutelage, her talent blossoms along with his growing infatuation with her.
CARMEN:
A new musical based on the classic novel by Prosper Merimee. Set against the background of war-torn Spain, Gypsy music is used to tell the story, along with original contemporary music.
CHICAGO:
The smash-hit, razzle-dazzle musical that is the longest-running revival in the history of Broadway!
CRY-BABY:
A musical based on the film of the same name, written and directed by John Waters. Baltimore, 1954. Everybody likes Ike, nobody likes Communism and Wade 'Cry-Baby' Walker is the baddest boy in town. He's a rebel with a cause - truth, justice, and the pursuit of rock 'n' roll - and when he falls for a good girl, his square little suburb rocks around the clock. 
DANCIN':
A new production of Bob Fosse's 1978 show, drawing inspiration from popular culture and various types of music and movement.
DIVIDING THE ESTATE:
A new comedy by Horton Foote about a family that must confront its past as it prepares for its future.  
EQUUS:
A revival of  the 1973 play by Peter Shaffer, starring Daniel Radcliffe.  
FARRAGUT NORTH:
Hot-shot press secretary Stephen Myers is at the top of his game with his candidate poised to take the presidential nomination. As primaries commence in Iowa, Stephen's world unravels when colleagues become competition, lovers become liabilities, and one election becomes his last hope of survival. 
FOR COLORED GIRLS WHO HAVE CONSIDERED SUICIDE/WHEN THE RAINBOW IS ENUF:
A revival of  the 1976 play by Ntozake Shange, with Grammy winner India.Arie.  
GLORY DAYS:
What happens when two 23-year-old writers create a show about four 20-year-old guys? Find out in this new American musical!
GODSPELL:
A new production of the 1971 musical based on The Gospel according to St. Matthew.
GREASE:
A revival of the classic fifties musical, with the roles of Danny and Sandy chosen in a national audition on NBC's reality show: "You're the One that We Want."
GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER:
Joey Drayton brings her fiancé, Dr. John Prentice, home to meet her affluent parents. Their liberal persuasions are put to the test when they find out her ideal choice- wealthy, handsome, and brilliant- is also African-American.
GYPSY:
A revival of the classic musical, starring Patti LuPone as Rose!

HAIRSPRAY:

A smash-hit musical based on the 1988 cult film written and directed by John Waters. A group favorite!

HOUDINI:
A new musical about Harry Houdini which will deal with the human yearning for astonishment; miracles, both manmade and supernatural; and the quest to defy death.
IN THE HEIGHTS:
A musical about two days in the life of Washington Heights, a vibrant immigrant neighborhood at the top of Manhattan. From the vantage point of Usnavi's corner bodega, we experience the joys, heartbreaks and bonds of a Latino community struggling to redefine home. Moving to Broadway after a successful run at 37 Arts!
JERSEY BOYS:
The smash-hit musical that will take you up the charts, across the country, and behind the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.
  
LEAP OF FAITH:
A new musical based on the film of the same name, telling the story of Jonas Nightingale, a rock star in evangelist's clothing, who cons his way across the draught stricken farm belt.
LEGALLY BLONDE:
A new musical based on the film about a sorority girl's pursuits at Harvard Law.
LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE:
A new musical based on the series of "Little House on the Prairie" books by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
MAMMA MIA!:
Set in the present day on a small mythical Greek island,  interweaving 22 ABBA songs into a tale of a mother and her soon-to-be-wed daughter. I saw it in London and loved it!
MONTY PYTHON'S SPAMALOT:

NERDS://A MUSICAL SOFTWARE SATIRE:
A new musical comedy about the parallel stories of technology pioneers Bill Gates and Steve Jobs as they blaze a path from being garage inventors to warring titans of the computer revolution.
NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT:
Harry Connick, Jr. stars in this new musical which takes place during Prohibition and tells the story of a Long Island playboy, Jimmy, who finds himself in the middle of a screwball comedy involving bootleggers, golddiggers and classic Gershwin tunes.  
PAL JOEY:
Set in late 1930s Chicago, this 1940 musical is the story of Joey Evans, a brash, scheming song and dance man with dreams of owning his own nightclub. Joey abandons his wholesome girlfriend, Linda English, to charm a rich, married older woman, Vera Simpson, in the hope that she'll set him up in business.
PASSING STRANGE:
The story of a young black bohemian on a journey of escape and exploration that takes him from his middle-class, church-reared youth in South Central Los Angeles to the drug-laced world of sex in Amsterdam, and then to the art and anarchism of Berlin-- with a bevy of eye-opening experiences and life lessons along the way.
PURE COUNTRY:
Rusty is a country music superstar at the height of his career, with all the high-stakes pressures that come with it. When they start to take their toll and he walks out on an overblown concert tour, his search to find himself- and the love he left behind- begins.
SHREK: A NEW MUSICAL:
A new musical based on the children's book by William Steig, which became the popular animated film.
SOUTH PACIFIC:
The first Broadway revival ever of the Rogers & Hammerstein classic.
SPEED-THE-PLOW:
A revival of  the 1988 play by David Mamet. Movie executive Bobby Gould is pitched a movie by his best friend Charlie Fox. A green light seems imminent until Gould's secretary, Karen, steps in. 
SPRING AWAKENING:
A new musical adapted from Frank Wedekind's play of the same name about teenagers' sexual awakenings and their consequences in a puritanical society.
TALES OF THE CITY:
Both a deeply-felt portrait of the sexually and politically-charged 1970s and a wry comedy of manners, Tales of the City follows the comic adventures of a young Midwestern woman who moves to 28 Barbary Lane and encounters a host of eccentric characters whose lives intertwine in surprising ways. 
THE ADDAMS FAMILY:
A new musical based on the characters, cartoons, and sketches by the legendary cartoonist Charles Addams. With a unique style that combined the ghoulish, macabre, and just plain weird with charm, wit, and enchantment, Addams' drawings of Gomez, Morticia, Fester, Wednesday, Pugsley, Grandmama, Lurch, and Thing served as the inspiration for multiple television series and motion pictures.
THE AMERICAN PLAN:
It is the Catskill Mountains in the early 1960s, and Lily Adler and her mother Eva are spending the summer across the lake from a bustling hotel where comics entertain and buffets overflow. When a handsome young stranger enters their world, the emotionally fragile Lily finds herself falling in love. But once her imperious mother learns of their relationship, lies are exposed, alliances are forged, and Lily's on chance to escape her mother's control may be lost forever.
THE FEMALE OF THE SPECIES:
A play about Margot Mason, a feminist literary giant suffering from an extreme case of writer's block, as deadlines come and go on her next book. When a young fan arrives unexpectedly at her country home, Margot's world slowly and comically begins to unravel as family and friends  show up and debate the virtues of her best-sellers, her inconsistent world view, and her decidedly un-motherly touch.
THE LION KING:
Julie Taymor's acclaimed staging of the Disney animated film has been hailed as a Broadway landmark. The story of a young lion cub's personal journey toward his destiny as king is enhanced by the lyrics of Tim Rice and the music of Elton John.
THE LITTLE MERMAID:
A new musical based on the classic animated film about a mermaid that longs for the world above.
THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA:
Andrew Lloyd Webber's smash musical version of the Gaston Leroux novel, which won the 1988 Tony Award for Best Musical. Now the longest-running musical on Broadway.
THE STORY OF MY LIFE:
A new musical about a man who, fulfilling a childhood promise, is composing a eulogy for his best friend who has committed suicide.

A show about the tumultuous journey of getting a show to the Broadway stage.
TO BE OR NOT TO BE:
At the Polski Theatre in 1939 Warsaw, Joseph and Maria Tura are about to open yet another smash with their theatrical troupe, but as the German invasion gets underway, the theatre is closed by the censors. When a handsome young bomber pilot enlists their help to catch a spy, what is a group of actors to do?
VANITIES:
A new musical which chronicles the journey of three bubbly Texas teens from cheerleaders to sorority sisters to housewives, liberated women and beyond. This coming-of-age tale set in the 60s and 70s is a musical scrapbook of an era that had to be lived to be believed.
WICKED:
This is the smash-hit musical, based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, that takes place in the land of Oz. 
WISHFUL DRINKING:
Carrie Fisher's new solo show. Born to celebrity parents, Ms. Fisher lands among the stars when she's picked to play a princess in a little movie called Star Wars, but it isn't all sweetness and light sabers. As a single mom, she also battles addiction, depression, mental institutions, and that awful hyperspace hairdo. 
XANADU:
In this new musical based on the film of the same name, Kira, a Greek muse is sent to Earth to inspire artists in Venice, Cailfornia. While on Earth, Kira falls in love with an artist as she helps him realize his dreams.
YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN:
A new musical based on the 1974 Mel Brooks film of the same name.
